A call for patience

I wrote this week about patience. If there’s one character trait I need more than any other, it’s got to be patience. I promise that my mother tried! She’s a saint, so don’t go blaming her. She’s the most patient person I know. It just didn’t stick.

While I may lack patience, I do know a good quote about patience and grit when I see one. I suspect these quotes and images will be lost on me, but, hopefully, they’ll help someone else.

  2. LOL about you discounting any of these quotes having an impact on you!! I also think the quote about needing to have patience with yourself is the most important one of all. Btw, am I right in assuming that St Francis de Sales is a cousin of St Francis d’Assisi?! 😏

    1. Oh my goodness yes. We don’t always look at it like that, but I think that’s exactly what it is. Courage to stick it out another five minutes, courage to hold on until you get the break you were looking for, courage to hang on and know that you’re on the right path. Thanks for the reminder!
