Thanks Mom!

The U.S., Canada, and Australia celebrate Mother’s Day on Sunday. I’m so thankful for my mother and mother’s everywhere for being the Saints that we all know you are.

Thank you for teaching us right from wrong and filling us with love and compassion. Thank you for being there when we need you the most. It sounds trite to say, but thank you from the bottom of my heart.

(In retrospect, I see that the quotes I collected this week are all from men. That bothered me just now, but maybe as men we’re better positioned to see our idiocy and craziness and how big of a role our mothers have played in our lives!)
